Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know the limits, though. Yardspersonal Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. Last, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
You can reply and ask us to take a second look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
